Acorn Squash with Sweet Spicy Sausage
very good, very easy. I used turkey sausage and added a bit of red pepper to make it a little more spicy. I halved the squash and put it in the microwave in a glass dish w/a bit of water. Probably a total of 10 minutes is fine. Cooked the sausage and pre-heated the ove to 400 in the meantime. Added a tiny bit of butter (don't think I will next time) and brown sugar to the bottom, stuffed w/sausage, then brown sugar and bread crumbs on top. Cooked in oven for about 10 min then a quick broil. Very good and very filling!

Aunt Bert's White Cake
I am not a good baker at all but I made cupcakes with this recipe and they turned out awesome! Super moist, great texture and flavor. I did use 2 whole eggs and added a packet of vanilla pudding. Can't wait to try different variations with different flavors of pudding. For cupcakes I baked for 20 minutes. Thanks for the recipe, it's a keeper!

Cake Balls
eeeks, I was really excited to try this recipe b/c of all of the great reviews. I didn't think there was anything special about these at all. They were barely average taking into consideration the time it took for these. There is a similar recipe using cream cheese and oreos which is so much better than these. I used red velvet cake w/cream cheese frosting and white chocolate.
