Sarah's Applesauce
Great recipe. A good simple applesauce. I adjusted the sugar just a little because my apples were not as sweet. I also tripled the recipe and canned it. It made 3 pint jars with a little leftover for dinner. Make applesauce as directed and add a little lemon juice beore pouring into pints. Hot water processed for 15 minutes. Yummy!
