Quinoa and Black Beans
Very tasty, even kids liked it. But, needed more seasoning. Doubled the amt of cumin and added halved grape tomatoes. That also made it look "prettier".

Chewy Coconut Cookies
Excellent cookie! Great texture. The chewyness in the center is just great. This will definitely become a favorite.

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars
Very tasty for such a simple recipe. Snowed in, but had all ingredients on hand. Will definitely make again.
