Hariton's 'Famous' Vegetarian Casserole

These were WONDERFUL! My entire family devoured them. Unfortunately, I only made 4 servings because I'm the only one who usually eats veggies. I'm making them again tomorrow!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yes, these are the best! These are tied with my other favorite "Felix K's..." on this site. I made these 2 hours ago and we have 5 left! I didn't change a thing in the recipe. They're perfect just as they are.

Strawberry Dream Cake I

I made this for Easter, and it was a big hit. I made the recipe as is, and it turned out beautifully. I did melt the white chocolate with the cream the night before and put it in the fridge until I was almost ready to serve. Then I mixed it with the whipped topping and put the cake together. I'll definitely make this again.

Peanut Butter Pie VIII

WOW! I didn't know what to expect and had a hard time deciding on whether or not to make it. I'm so glad I decided to! It was fantastic! It was also a big hit at our Christmas dinner. Now I don't want to go back to the other peanut butter pies we're used to.

Cinnabun Cookies

These are delicious! I didn't have any trouble with them at all. I didn't put the glob under the cookie, so I don't know if that made a difference. I followed the rest of the recipe and thought these were really easy. I also put a glaze on the top, which was an added bonus. I would recommend doubling the filling because I could have used more. I really had to stretch what I had. Then again, maybe if I had doubled it, it would have poured out like it did for other reviewers.

Double-Delight Peanut Butter Cookies

This is the best peanut butter cookie ever! I could eat all of them if I let myself. I was really hesitant rolling them in the cinnamon mixture, so I only did half. Now I wish I would have rolled all of them. They're delicious with or without it, but those flavors really go well together. I'll be making these often.

This is soooo good! I took it to a party and ate the leftovers with a spoon. I used fat free sour cream and light margarine, so that helped a little. It's my favorite fruit dip now.

Sugar Cookie Glaze

I hate to rate a recipe low in case it's something I did wrong. I followed the recipe to a T, and it did not come out well. I dipped the cookies in, and the glaze soaked in. I waited about an hour until they were hard again, and I dipped again. I colored the glaze orange, and the glaze is completely transparent, not like the pictures I've seen. It tastes good, but I'm too embarrassed to take them to work like I'd planned.

Caramel Apple Crisp

This was wonderful! I usually make a butterscotch apple crisp, so this time I made one of each. I couldn't tell much difference at all, and this one was easier! This will be a new fall favorite.

My dough was crumbly, and the cookies didn't look nearly as pretty as the picture. When I put them in the oven, I figured they'd be duds. I halved the recipe and only got 9 cookies. Anyway, I took them out, and one bite had me hooked! I made them for an elderly friend, but now I'm not sure if he's going to get any!
