Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

This was great. I added onion and garlic powder for extra flavor and mixed a bit of bbq sauce in with the ketcup. Hubby loved it!

This turned out delicious. I added a tablespoon each of Dijon mustard and white wine vinegar for extra flavor. I also added some Lil' Smokies I had leftover.

Oatmeal Carmelitas

Wow these were good! It is hard to stop eating them! I only used 1/2 cup of regular oats, (I thought I had the whole cup) and it turned out fine. I also used caramel apple dipping sauce, and that worked out great too.

The Real Reuben

I didn't have to toast the bread first (I was going to based on other reviews, but I forgot! The bread came out crispy anyway.) and I spread butter on the bread before broiling. Also, I put the thousand island on before broiling. They turned out great!

Beef Nacho Casserole

We loved this. The only change I made was I used salt and pepper instead of chili powder, and we topped it with a bunch of fresh ingredients (tomato, avocado, cilantro and lime juice) It was really easy to make.

Watermelon Summer Salad

I really didn't like this! Unlike most, I thought it sounded really good - but it was really weird tasting. We did like the bites that had just a little watermelon in them, though, so I think if you reduce the amount it tastes OK. I don't think I'll make it again.

I cut the recipe in half and did two layers of meat with the cheese in the middle. It was delicious! I topped it with mushrooms, ketsup and mustard. Definitely going to make this again!

Heavenly Potatoes and Ham

I took the advice of another reviewer and cut the potatoes in a large dice and didn't cook them first. I even used a metal pan. This was a mistake! The potatoes didn't get tender! Next time I will cut the potatoes in a VERY small dice so I don't have to cook them first. Otherwise, great recipe. But the extra butter in the casserole is not needed.

This was just OK. If I make it again, I will definitely cut down on the chipotle chili powder. Also, I guess it was because I used an indoor grill pan, but I had to cook it about 15 minutes longer.

Twenty-Four Hour Salad

When I was making this, I was thinking - there's no way just mayo and sugar for the dressing is going to taste good - but I was wrong! This is so good! I switched romaine lettuce for the iceburg and carrots for the bell pepper. I will make this often.
