Apple Crisp III
omg. this is really good! I used a mixture of cortland and gala apples; some turned into mush, others kept their shape, which was ideal. I also added dried cranberries because that's all I had on hand, though fresh ones may be better. I don't like my dessert overly sweet so I cut down on the sugar and used mostly brown sugar and 1:3 of white sugar. Baked mine at 400F for 40 minutes and it was to die for!
