INCREDIBLE Raspberry Cheesecake Cookies

These were really good and easy to make. I froze the dough before I scooped the cookies so I didn't have a problem with sticky dough. I used raspberry preserves and mini white chips and the cookies were delicious. I've also tried this recipe with the peanut butter cookie and mini chocolate chips and the result was not peanutbuttery enough for me. Definitely a differing flavor cookie and one that is worth making for a wow factor.

easy and delicious. I topped these with a confectioner's sugar/milk glaze and added some more anise extract and they were very good. I'll definitely make these again.

meh - they were not quite what I expected - I was thinking these were italian lace cookies. maybe next time I'll add some almond extract. But my friends liked them and they were easy to make.

Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

I didn't change a thing and they came out perfectly. I used a heaping 1 tsp cookie scoop and using another reviews advice, I substituted the cream cheese II frosting. UNBELIEVABLY DELICIOUS!!

After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup

YUM YUM YUM. I added potatoes when I added the turkey and then threw in some cranberries for the last 10 minutes. I also sauteed the veggies with some cooking sherry. It was out of this world.

used white sugar b/c didn't have any brown. came out delicious. word to the wise - let cool before sampling. as a first timer, I expected these to be ready for nibbling after being taken out of the oven.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs I

This is a good basic recipe but way to sweet. I'd definitely brown them first, otherwise they get crumbly. I also added about 3 tablespoons of white vinegar to give it some tang and some dashes of hot sauce. It cut down on the sweetness. Next time, I will definitely add less jelly.

Four Cheese Macaroni

My family liked it but weren't crazy about it. It was easy to make but nowhere near as cheesy as I expected. If I make it again, I'll skip the eggs as suggested.
