Ratatouille
I've been making ratatouille like this for years, sometimes adding herbs, sometimes not. All that chopping takes probably ten minutes if you know what you're doing!! I love ratatouille over polenta-----and I'm not even Italian!!!! Just finished making a huge casserole with the last of the garden veggies. After tonight's dinner the rest will go into the freezer. Not as good as fresh-from-the-garden, but better than "imported" veggies.

Baked Applesauce
For almost sixty years my family has loved my applesauce. But this recipe went over the top! I will probably never make it the "old" way again. Everyone went nuts over this recipe. Thanks much, Mary.

Muffin Morning Makers
I'm not sure why I haven't reviewed this recipe before----I've been making these sammies for several years. We love them. They're wonderful to have on hand in the freezer. Beats Mickey D's!!
