Busy full time R.N. I have a husband and 4 kids. Three of our kids are still in college so we are always trying to save time and money. Anything new and fun! So that we can all enjoy cooking and being together. Casual and laid back seafood dinners(crab,shrimp,sourdough bread) to eat with our fingers and make a mess while laughing and talking together around our big table. I'm pretty good in the kitchen. I love to cook and I've had a lot of practice! Tragedies are just a way of having you look for something new to do with what you accidently produced--how about a stew made out of this or a bread pudding made out of that--at last resort "Ace" the dog has a lovely home cooked treat!
