The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World
I've recently stopped eating red meat, and have been trying to cut down on meat in general. So I'm always trying to find good vegetarian recipes. This chili is as good as it gets! So spicy and yummy and filling. Even my meat-loving boyfriend loved it!

Chicken Tortilla Soup V
Oh, sooo goood. I added twice the amount of cumin that the recipe called for. And I didn't really dig the idea of throwing tostitos in my beautiful soup, so I cut some corn tortillas into strips and deep fried them myself, sprinkling a little chile powder on them while they simmered. They were perfect for this recipe. I also added some avocado slices on top. I think it was the best soup I ever had.

Lentil Soup
This was so yummy. I didn't have any spinach, but I added potatoes because I love them in soup. I also added salt pork for a little more flavor (but I cut off most of the fat) and a teaspoon of cumin. My boyfriend and I ate it for two days. Great with corn bread!
