The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
I have been using this recipe for years to bake holiday sugar cookies. The only things I have changed is that I use 1 cup butter and 1/2 cup shortening and that I increase the vanilla to 1 1/2 teaspoons. I also used the Sugar Cookie Frosting recipe from this site. Both are wonderful recipes!

I make these cookies for every holiday! I use M&M's to match the holiday- red and green for Christmas, red/white/blue for the 4th of July, etc. The only thing I change is that I only put in 1 cup of brown sugar. Very good! Adults and kids both love them!!

Paul's Pumpkin Bars
These are a favorite in my family! I did make a couple of changes. I added 1 tsp. of Pumpkin Pie Spice to the dry ingredients and sprinkled chopped walnuts over the icing. Everyone will be asking you for the recipe!
