To Die For Blueberry Muffins
These are the best blueberry muffins I've ever had!
I've made them about 4 times now, and these were the changes I made last time I made them.
I doubled the batter, but made the regular amount of streusel as suggested, and that was perfect. I also halved the sugar, used 2 cups of whole wheat flour and 1 cup of all purpose. I will try using all whole wheat flour next time. The batter would be too dry, so this time, I measured out 1 1/4 cups of milk instead of using the method in the recipe, and the batter was perfect consistency.
