I didn't really want to light the oven today, but i hate tossing over-ripe bananas and decided to give this a try because of the short ingredient list. Was it worth it!.....far easier than others I've tried and deliously moist! I did add the vanilla and choco chips and it was a BIG hit with my girls. Also much less sweet..with out being noticed. Also, my new go - to recipe.

no leftoverss!! now a regular at our house. easy and very tasty--even our girls eat it up!

this is a regular in our house. it is so easy to make such an elegant dish. the dipping sauce really complements all the flavors. added bonus:our girls love the coconut.
