If I didn't do the Army for so long I would have liked to go to the CIA (Culinary Institue of America of course)! Anything that is tasty. Love italian, mexican, french and southern USA foods. Easy or hard doesn't matter as long as you get it right. Thanksgiving is my favourite meal to prepare. Love my southern mom and grandma's influences, they make the best stuffing, pies and sides. Everyone wants to come to my house for turkey day. Love cooking with Dad around the campfire. He has inspired myself and 2 brothers to be the best cooks in our households (sorry Honey). Love doing dutch ovens, open fire grills and griddles for big family breakfasts camping in the beautiful mountains of Utah. Gravy. In my family if you can't make biscuits and gravy you are in trouble. My mom and dad let me make it in their house, huge props from the folks. Best chili of everyone I know, I am going to try my hand in a couple of local contests this year and see if it is as good as I hear. Tortillas. My mom makes the best in America and my never turn out :-(
