Southwestern Egg Rolls
OUTSTANDING!! I used whole wheat tortillas, olive oil to cook the chicken, cheddar cheese (was all I had on hand) and canned corn instead of frozen. Sprayed the rolls with vegetable cooking spray and baked 375 for 25 minutes, spraying again at 20 mins. Dipped in ranch dressing with chili powder stirred in!! Now a favorite!!
