Mexican Rice III
Made this with Best Black Beans and Baked Buffalo Wings from this site. All were a major hit!!!

Baked Buffalo Wings
My first review! I could not stay quiet after eating these! I am a Wing LOVER, and these are the best. CRISPY!! Not saucy!! My wife and I could not stop eating them! Other comments; I had never cooked wings myself, so I did not know that twenty wings, once cut apart, equaled 40 wings. That was OK, we just had more...thank God! I used two and a half teaspoons cayenne and Franks Extra Hot sauce. We like our wings "spicy" but these were just a bit too hot, so next time it will be 2 teaspoons. Lastly, I found that even after turning them halfway, the wings sometimes stuck to the foil. Next time I will spray my cooking spray liberally rather than lightly. Enjoy!! Oooops...I almost forgot....you HAVE to make Mexican Rice III and Best Black Beans from this website and serve on the side!!!!

Flatlander Chili
I won the chili cook-off with this recipe last night. Everyone commented that they liked the combination of spicy and sweet. I adjusted the ingredients to feed 15 people. I also followed the first couple of reviews and substituted tomato juice for paste, and diced tomatos for juice. FYI, for 15 people, I used 2, 28oz cans of diced tomato, and 2, 29oz cans of tomato sauce. It's a bit thick till it cooks down. Enjoy!!
