Easy Slow Cooker French Dip
I've made this several times and it is always delicious. I took advice and used the french onion soup and beef consome with the garlic powder and beer. I have tried rump roast and chuck and both are so tender I can barely cut it. Comes out more like shreaded roast beef. I'll try a tougher cut next time.
