Butter Flaky Pie Crust

Very tasty crust! I was using a more liquidy filling, and the bottom crust was a little soggy. I would par bake the bottom crust before putting the filling in next time. Great taste though! It's now my favorite crust.

Baked Dijon Salmon

This is one of my favorite ways to have salmon! I don't add the butter, it works just as well without it. I also used Panko break crumbs, it added a great texture.

This came out very rich and with a stew like consistency. I did change a few things, like sauteing onions and garlic in the bacon grease first, before adding the tomatoes. Very tasty!

Flatlander Chili

Came out really well. It was a great balance of flavor's, except that it tasted a bit to tomatoey, so I added another tablespoon of chili powder. Everyone loved it! I also add sausage to the mix.

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole

I make this for every before school breakfast, the teachers LOVE it! I get rave reviews! I sometimes substitute half of the milk with creme. I also make a veggie version, with Rotel brand tomatoes and green chili's (spicy), and spinach, instead of the meat. Great for those vegetarians out there, and it adds great flavor!

Pretty Chicken Marinade

The chicken did look pretty! I only had 1/2 cup of soy sauce, and I still thought it was a bit too salty. I also did not have any liquid smoke. I still thought it was very good though! I would make it again.
