Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
BEST EVER bbq! I made this exactly the way the recipe says using Sweet Baby Ray's Honey sauce. My hubs LOVED it. Because we had leftovers I diced up the chicken before storing and added a little bit of the sauce to the chicken (just enough to keep it moist). The next day we made cornmeal pizza dough, used the bbq sauce, all of the chicken, onion, monterrey jack w/jalapenos and sharp cheddar cheese. BEST bbq pizza EVER.
