Baked Tofu Bites
it was pretty tasty - didn't have any liquid smoke so didn't use that. My 3 & 5 year enjoyed it too. Just a little too tangy, I would probably leave out the ketchup next time.

Restaurant Style Mac and Cheese
This is like the Kraft Mac & Cheese but without the processed cheese. I used american cheese instead of the Velveeta. All my kids' friends who like the blue box macaroni & cheese thought that's what they were eating..and the moms were happy b/c it wasn't what they were eating. Thank you.
