I followed the recipe as is but I cooked the chicken first in olive oil, chopped onion, garlic powder and thyme. It added flavour to the chicken. Baked for 15 mins at 350. Turned out great. I served this with mashed potatoes.

Applesauce Brownies I

These turned out great. The only thing different I did was use vanilla instead of cinnamon. The kids loved them. I will make these again.

Best Peanut Sauce

I made this sauce because I ran out of the store brand I usually use. It turned out pretty good. I used brown sugar instead of white and a little bit less peanut better. The sauce tasted better the next day. You need to give it time for the flavours to mix.

German Apple Cake I

Very good cake!!! We loved it. I did few modifications such as use half whole wheat flower and half white. I used 1 tbs of baking powder instead of baking soda, and I used 1/2 cup of oil with 1/2 cup of apple sauce. Baked in a bundt cake pan. Turned out perfect.

Blueberry Oat Muffins

Very good muffins. I followed the recipes as is and added fresh peaches also, approx 1/2 a cup along with the blueberries. I will make these again. They are perfect hot with a bit of butter.

Tortilla Rollups II

I followed the recipe like listed (except used 2 green onions, not 4), then added 2 tbs of sour cream, 2 tbs of fresh chopped cilantro and about 1/2 tsp of of taco seasonings. I let the mixture refrigerate over night. I prepared the rolls the next morning and refrigerated them for 4 hours. They turned out great. Very popular at the party!!! * Used green spinach tortillas

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Very good dessert. However, I'd cut back on the sugar a bit. I found it a bit too sweet for my taste. My son on the other hand loved it as is.

Chicken Pasta I

This was a good recipe base. I've modified my version with more vegetables and spices. I mixed the sauce, cooked pasta and cooked chicken together in a casserole dish and baked it in the oven with cheddar cheese on top.

Best Ever Banana Bread

This was a really good banana bread. I used regular milk instead of the butter milk and I used 2 tsp of baking powder instead of the baking soda. The bread came out nice and big. I will make this again. Did not use nuts.

Dietetic Banana Nut Muffins

I didn't have Splenda so I used regular brown sugar and I also used the whole egg. I made these as mini-muffins for my son and he loved them. I will make these again.
