Mushroom Pork Tenderloin
Very nice easy recipe. I did use chicken stock instead of the water to make the gravy which tasted quite delish. The pork was very tender. I also substituted fresh Thyme for the marjoram because I didn't have any. I used 1 Tbs fresh but next time I would use at least double that. I will make this again. BF loved it and ate seconds.

Grilled Venison Backstrap
absolutely phenomenal recipe for our venison tenderloin ! Rave reviews from everyone dining with us tonight! Poor Bambi. We used PC Apple Butter BBQ sauce - delish!

Grilled Portobello Mushrooms
I loved these just as the recipe states. I've made them twice and everyone has enjoyed them. This is an excellent side with bbq steak I think!
