Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
WOW! My husband said this was the best chicken he's ever eaten. It was really good! I didn't have any rosemary, so I used dried Basil instead, and I marinated it for probably 2-3 hours. It turned out awesome! I will be making this again and again. Next time I might marinate some mushrooms in this marinade and make some kabobs with peppers and onions! YUM!

Grilled Rib Eye Steaks
This is really good! I made 1/2 the recipe and marinated two ribeyes in a ziplock bag for about 3 hours, and they were delicious. I used low sodium soy sauce and garlic salt instead of garlic cloves (forgot to buy garlic). My boyfriend and I loved the flavor. I always use A1 on my steaks, but the flavor was sooo good I didn't even use it this time! I will definitely be making this again!!

Crab Salad
This was really good. Only changes I made was I added a little extra mayo, used 1 teaspoon celery salt instead of celery seed (that's what I had on hand) and some chopped green onions. I made it today for Father's Day, and I think it will be a hit. ***Here's an idea. After making the salad, stuff it inside of cooked jumbo pasta shells for a great appetizer. It makes a great presentation and people love it! I had this once at a work potluck and it got rave reviews. Thanks for the recipe - it's great!
