Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops
These pork chops were very good. I changed the recipe a little. I didn't have enough onions at home so instead of regular onions I poured a packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix over it and 1/4 cup of white wine and a 1/2 cup of water. It had such a nice smell and tasted great.
