Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting
Awesome! I doubled the recipe but only used about 3 cups of sugar to get the consistency I wanted. I also added a tablespoon of dark cocoa. This had such a beautiful glossy look to it. Thank you for the recipe.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
OH MY GOD!!! This cake was divine- decadent and gooey and was gone, devoured before I could blink. A huge hit at my house. I added a chocolate glaze and strwaberries to finish it off for an office party. I think my boss will give me a raise after this one! Thanx so much for the recipe!

Moroccan Lamb Kabobs
Absolutely sensational. My husband who loves lamb couldn't resist taking thirds. The raisins add such a bright accent to the meat. Don't skimp on using goat cheese, it definately adds to the flavour.
