Terry's Texas Pinto Beans

Just made these tonight. VERY yummy! I will be making them again for sure! I've never made pinto beans with chicken broth so I was a little skeptic but it does make the beans very tasty! Thank you for sharing!

Hot Corn Dip

Simple to make, inexpensive and YUMMY! I followed the recipe exactly. I like more of a kick, but since we had company, I didn't want to chance it. I think I may add some picked jalapenos next time. This is definitely a keeper!

Bagel and Cheese Bake

YUMMY! The only thing I changed was the cheese portion. I love cheese so I added a lot more than what the recipe called for. It was delish! I have made it for family gatherings twice now and it doesn't last long!

Sooooo decadent, soooo yummy. I'm a cheese lover, so the only change I made was to add even more cheese. I know. I'm nuts. It was a hit. I've been asked for the recipe a few times now! LOVE IT!

Marinated Flank Steak

This marinade is sooo good! I ended up marinating it for aboout 8 hours and boy was it tasty and tender. I used it for fajitas and my boyfriend loved it. I recommend this highly!

Chicken Enchilada Soup II

This soup is delicious! I added about 3/4 of a small can of diced green chilis for a little "bite" and it was perfect. Very easy to make and also very filling.

Baked Potato Soup I

All I added was more salt. Other than that this recipe was wonderful!! I had been looking for a recipe like the soup served at Outback because it's my favorite, so I was so happy when I tasted the final result. YUMM! Good work!
