Imitation Crab Salad

This is WONDEFUL!!!! I love it! I am normally not one to mess with the recipe, but the first time I made this I did not have any bread - so I just made it without it! It is great with or without the bread! Fabulous lite lunch or dinner and it is great by itself, on a bed of lettuce, in a tortilla as a wrap or on bread as a sandwich!

Ramen Noodle Salad

I was a little unsure of this recipe when I first saw it, but decided to give it a try! Boy, was I pleasantly surprised....it is great!!!! Perfect lite lunch for me during the week (I use light mayo)....I normally make this at least twice a month!

Cheryl's Spinach Cheesy Pasta Casserole

This recipe has became a hit in our household! I made this one evening, during Lent, because I had all of the ingredients on hand! My husband (who loves food with meat and is never happy with anything when I use spinach for the main ingredient) could not stop eating it! He has also already requested that I make it again for him! Scrumptious and simple, I love it!

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

WOW, deelicious!!!! We recently moved from Texas to Florida and we sure do miss our Tex Mex!!!! My sister requested I make these for her birthday dinner and we could not stop eating them! Thank you soooo much for a super fabulous recipe - really satisfies our tex mex cravings around here!

Stuffed Jalapenos III

Tiffany THANK YOU SO MUCH for this delicious recipe!!!! I can not make these or take them anywhere without having to give someone the recipe! My family and friends ALL love jalapenos, but do not like messing with frying them! These look like they are so much trouble to make but they are so easy! Thanks again Tiffany!
