Molasses Sugar Cookies
These cookies are amazing! Not a huge fan of molasses myself so I substituted Maple Syrup. They are perfect now...nice mild flavor.

Oven Scrambled Eggs
Fantastic!! Scaled it to serve 4. No problems, just a few adjustments time wise. Made them in a non stick pan in the oven. Added peppers,onions, chives...the usual players. Delish! Thanks for the recipe.
