Brown Sugar Meatloaf
Just made this recipe tonight. Without a doubt, the best meatloaf both my husband and I have ever had, anywhere! DELICIOUS!! I used 2# gr.beef,italian bread crumbs,1/2 c milk,2 TB worsteshire, mixed together the catsup & brown sugar and put half in the bottom of the (silicone,never sticks)meat loaf pan and the remaining on top.(just minor adjustments for what I had on hand) Baked at 350 for 1 1/2 hr..let rest 15 min...Sliced perfectly. GREAT JOB!
