White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
This is such an easy cheesecake recipe. I made this for Valentine's Day and what a perfect choice for dessert. I was worried about the crust as the crumb and melted butter mixture seemed too wet as compared to past crusts I've made but it turned out just fine. I used Oreo cookies for the crust instead of plain choclate crumbs. I suggest adding more than the 3 Tablespoons of rasberry sauce for the middle of the cheese cake layers. I didn't think that was enough. My raspberries were very tart so I added more sugar to my liking. A defenite WINNER!

Christmas Logs
I have made this recipe several times now. It is very time consuming but well worth it. Everyone loves these cookies! My prefernce was to use pecans instead of walnuts. Everytime I make it I end up with many more cookies than the 6 dozen this is said to make. I only let the dough in the fridge for about an hour. It got much to hard and dificult to roll when I refrigerated the dough over night. In my opinion they taste better the next day.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
The first time I made this recipe I followed it exactly. The results were wonderful!! I passed the recipe to my co-workers and they loved it as much as I did. I used this recipe to make chocolate-chocolate chip cookies. I used chocolate pudding mix and I only had dark brown sugar in my pantry. TALK ABOUT HEAVEN!!! The cookies were so fudgy and gooey. Absolutley YUMMY!
