Peach Muffins
LOVED these hot from the oven. They are so tasty--perfect blend of cinnamon, sweetness, and peach. Next time, I will serve them with vanilla ice cream, as they taste like a fluffy cobbler. (A couple of changes I made--used 1 part wheat, 1 part white, and 1 part wheat germ for the flour mixture; subbed half applesauce for the oil; did half brown sugar instead of all white sugar.)
