Italian Green Bean Chicken
I served it over pasta because I wanted to add a carb to the meal. It was a good, easy weeknight supper, but nothing spectacular.

Barley Bake
This was very good. I added broccoli and doubled the mushrooms. I would definitely make this again!

Easiest Lemony Pound Cake
Maybe I've been spoiling myself with made-from-scratch cakes, but I thought this cake had a slight chemical taste, even though I added fresh lemon juice and lemon zest. Apparently I've become some sort of food snob ;)
