Parmesan Baked Potatoes

Thses are very, very yummy. I bake them in the toaster oven and use small red and blue potato slices. I sprinkle extra cheese on top before cooking too.

Pecan Breaded Chicken Breasts

I loved this recipe - very unique flavours. I pan-fried the chicken on a medium-low temperature as I found it can burn easily. Delicious!

Marbled Pumpkin Cheesecake

This is an excellent cheesecake and pretty easy to make... the marbling didn't work as well as I thought, it all sort of mixed in, but the flavour is amazing.
