Easy Vegetable Soup I
I used this recipe for a church fund-raising event. Very quick and easy to make. It was a huge success! The only change I made was to add some water.

Cheesy Potato Soup II
I used this recipe for a church fund-raising event. I substituted salted butter and a combination of whole milk and half & half. It received rave reviews from everyone. A huge success!
