Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Due to time constraints, had to adjust the cooking time but it still turned out great. Cooked it uncovered at 500 degrees for 20 minutes and at 325 degrees for about one hour. Chicken was perfectly cooked, tender and extremely juicy. Everybody loved it including my 4 year old daughter who didn't want to try it at first but kept asking for more.

Amazing Ribs

My family loved this even with the changes I made. I used pork country style ribs and regular beer instead of porter(?). Careful of the grilling heat or time depending on your grill. High was a little too much and would keep it on the low end of time - 5 minutes. Used a local restaurant's bbq sauce, Sticky Fingers' Carolina Sweet and would definately use it again.
