Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

GOOEY MESS! This is the 2cnd time I have tried this recipe..I am not sure what is going on. It never set. It tastes good..and ya it is creamya s it states, but why it doesnt harden for me is beyond me. I wont make again

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies

Well not thrilled. I am still looking for that perfect cookie. I didn't add the oats, but everything else I did the same. Not sure that could of added to give it a 5 star. Mine came out flat.

A Jerky Chicken

Tasted too much soy when I made it. So I added more vinegar and some grey poupon mustard. Tasted much better with that done. We will see how it tastes after it is cooked. Update...It tasted pretty good. It did have an odd flavor to it. I am going to try another one on here, just didn't impress us.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ok not the best, but not bad. I am still looking for that perfect cookie. I did everything the same, and the texture turned out weird. Good flavor, but nothing spectacular. I am not sure who reviews these to make them tried and true allrecipes. Oh well

David's Yellow Cake

It did have a moist but corn bread like texture and taste. It didn't get done all the way inside before the outside was rock hard. My husband did not like it at all. Only 1 person out of the 10 at my daughters birthday party told me it was good. I think it had an ok flavor since my icing tasted pretty good, but not the texture ppl expect from a cake. So will not make again! I did post a picture of it. Make sure you try this before you have ppl eat it. Not sure how it got such rave reviews

Chocolate Truffles

Basically these tasted like rolled fudge to me. I rolled them in macadamia nuts, sprinkles and some in powdered sugar. My husband bought me truffles and ate those over eating only 1 of mine. So these weren't truffle like to us

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

I soo looked forward to this. The meat was tender, but there wasn't much taste other than red wine. I did double the sauce and it wasn't needed. I cooked mine for 15 minutes for well, and 10 for med rare. I am not sure if I will make this again. It is one of those recipes were it wasn't bad, but wasn't all that good either.

Upside Down Pizza

Well I had high hopes for this recipe. It was ok. I used the basil and oregano tomato sauce and added garlic. This tastes more like pasta then pizza. Not sure how it got that name. But I think with some more spices and less meat it'd be better. My picky 3 yr old actually ate it, so that says something!

Berry Trifle

I am a picky eater, and I LOVED this. Everyone said it was delicious. Nothing bad to say about it. I did thaw the berries before hand and do make sure you buy the sweetened fruit. The un sweet were too bitter, but other than that this is a keeper here!

Cocktail Meatballs

Not sure what happened. The cranberry sauce never got completely creamy, it was lumpy. Something wasn't right. The after taste was bad. I rinsed these off and used another recipe on this site. Everyone has different tastes, Thanks though

Sweet and Sour Meatballs II

These were good, but not 5 star quality. The sauce does seems starchy and I used only 1 tblspoon. Also it does seem to be a bit too much vinegar. I used apple cider vin and it was fine. All in all it worked for our dinner, but not sure if I'd make it again.
