Easy Peach Cobbler
this is the most delicious cobbler ever! every time i make it i get raves! like other bakers i cut the cream cheese into the cake mix. i slice the butter thinly and place it on top in the pan and then sprinkle a little more brown sugar on top for a nice caremely sort of crunch. One thing I recommend is to always use UNSALTED butter cuz once when i didn't my husband complained that he could taste the salt. i think it's that cake mix already has enough salt. i'm about to go make this right now!

Roasted Vegetable Chicken
This is the easiest delicious meal you can make. I also add french cut string beans and additionally season with McCormick Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning, garlic pwdr, onion pwdr, basil and oregano. If you make the Baking Powder Biscuits recipe from this site to go with the chicken (also an extremely easy and quick recipe!) you will be in comfort food heaven!

A Vegetable Stew - Tabakh Rohoo
I give this recipe four stars because it is delicious, but i did add a few things: a dash of lemon juice, about 2 tbsp curry powder. I fried the lamb and eggplant on the stove, layered the whole thing in a casserole dish WITH one cup uncooked rice mixed with hot water, divided, and baked in oven at 425 for about an hour. TALK ABOUT YUM YUM YUM!!
