I come from a family of seven children and love to enjoy to great food with family. I'm teaching myself and am always looking for something new to try. Enchiladas, Spaghetti (with an entirely homemade sauce) and anything I've never made before. A crazy dish called Clark's Special (after my Grandpa Clark). You slice up and fry some onions and hot dogs, mix that up with some prepared tomato soup (make sure to include all of the fried drippings) and serve with egg noodles. Add salt and pepper to taste. Not a culinary masterpiece, but dang tasty for a houseful of hungry kids. A dish I call Enchisagna. I had all of the fixings for enchiladas, but I wanted to try something new so I added a few different ingredients, tore the tortillas into strips and layered it "lasagna" style with alternating red chile and green chile sauce. YUMMY! A crock pot pot roast with all of the trimmngs, that I forgot to turn on. After eight hours of sitting in a crock pot raw meat does not smell very good.
