Erica's Delicious Slow Cooker Beef Roast
Very tasty! I threw the onions & some potatoes in while I seared the meat, which carmelized the onions & cut my crock pot time since I didn't have 8 hours. Simple & delicious.

Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffe
I made this with chicken stock versus fish stock, & added sliced sausage (organic chicken sausage to keep it fairly healthy). Yum! I served it over brown rice & the whole family loved it. Great recipe!

Fish Chowder
This was excellent! I used orange roughy & a little less evaporated milk. Needs plenty of seasoning I found, but very easy & so good.
