I was really looking forward to trying this recipe. Had company over and found that although the sauce was awesome, that we all agreed it should have had more ricotta cheese in it, I had even done as others suggested, made it ahead and left it in the refrigerator overnight. Sorry this was not the big HIT I had hoped it would be.

My family LOVED this recipe! Next time I will double the recipe since my Tenderloin seemed to shrink while it was cooking.

I loved this recipe but my son complained he doesn't like Velveeta so next time I will try to find a different kind of cheese mixture to add.
