Cherry Limeade I

~~~ This is incredible Cindy! .. I had to laugh at a couple of the comments that knocked it down a star citing "it was "tart".. They need to go back and read the first two words you used to describe it...LOL!! I found it tart, sweet, refreshing, delicious... PERFECT! :o)

Eggplant Parmesan II

Love this eggplant recipe and as always, it's incredibly helpful to read all of the twists that A/R members have done when making their own versions. Creamy egg noodles are a perfect companion for this eggplant parmesan dish ~~ Yum!

Chocolate Coated Peanut Butter Crackers

This is one of those recipes that is not only yummy, but is easy and FUN to make! It's also incredibly helpful reading the input from AR members who shared their variations to the recipe. Amazing how much you can do with a little buttery cracker! Love this recipe ~ :o)
