Dave's Low Country Boil
This was great for a large gathering! I used a little over 7 oz. of Old Bay Seasoning.

Caramel Shortbread Squares
I doubled the amount of caramel that went into this recipe. I also used dark chocolate for the top layer and cut back the amount until it just covered the top. I also froze the shortbread layer before adding the caramel. Came out wonderfully, everyone loved them!

Instant Russian Tea
I cut back on the lemon flavored tea mix to equal parts lemon and regular tea mix. I love this recipe, it is great hot and cold!
