German Apple Pancake
This was very good, very like an apple custard. I made this for christmas brunch and there wasn't any left. I did adjust the recipe as follows: doubled the apples, halved the nutmeg.

Beet Bundt Cake
This was sweet, moist and chocolatey. The 3, 5 and 29 year olds loved it. Definitely a keeper.

Acorn Squash
I followed the directions as written the first time I made this and it was really good. The second time I added chopped walnuts and it was excellent!
