Grilled Chicken Salad with Seasonal Fruit
I used dijon mustard instead of dry and cut back on the sugar. Delicious!

Banana Pancakes I
The flavour was good but the texture of the pancakes was mushy. Maybe it had too much banana in it... I think I will stick with blueberry pancakes.
