Slow Cooker Pork Chops
Really good idea, but a little bland. I tried it with both pork chops and chicken and I think the chicken is a better match.

Squash Stew
This was a great idea...and I have a cure for peeling the squash...don't! It tastes just as good with the peel on and it's that much easier. I made mine in the crock pot and it worked out great. Thanks for the recipe.

Roasted Acorn Squash
This recipe is really good, though missing a few key spices. I added spinach and chili powder to give it a little more flavor and added some tofu to make it a meal. I really like the sauted squash though, never would have thought of that myself.
