Sweet Green Bean Bundles
I used frozen green beans instead of canned and because I do not have the patience to tie things up in bundles, I also did it the casserole way. I precooked the bacon because I like it crunchy. We were skeptical at first, but my husband and I ate four helpings each and I had enough to freeze for another time. What a wonderful dish! Especially when you're sick to death of the traditional green bean casserole. Thanks!

Butter Tarts
Okay. These are awesome. I don't see how one 9-inch crust does it though. I used Allready pie crusts and even using two, I could only make 20 tarts. I only had enough filling for 20 as well. I baked in two batches and added more walnuts to the filling before baking the second batch. Let them cool before trying to get out of the muffin tins! They are addictive!! I also used all butter since I had no margarine and so the calorie count was probably well into the 4 digits. Deeeeelicious!

Awesome Broccoli-Cheese Casserole
This was good, but sort of pedestrian. Also a little dry. Next time I would add a little bit of milk I think. I used broccoli florets instead of chopped. I think you could add just about anything to the same ingredients and get a similar result. I got a couple of compliments, but not what I was expecting. Also a topping might be good - herb stuffing or bread crumbs. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
