Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Husband Raved about this. I put in roast in frozen, used one can of FF cream of mushroom and soup mix. when done i put liquid in freezer for a few mins, skimmed off the fat and add a little cornstarch- had gravy for potatoes- this replaces my old roast recipe

Tex-Mex Turkey Soup

Made this last night with left over turkey from the weekend that we did on the grill. VERY good- husband had 2 bowls=added avacodo to empty bowl- squirted lime juice on it and topped with soup. Will make again. can really add anything you want
