Cranberry, Sausage and Apple Stuffing
I used this in a roated chicken and a roasted turkey and baked the leftover in a buttery covered dish. What a hit! I've made it 5 times and everyone loves it! I wouldn't change a thing!

California Italian Wedding Soup
I added 2 cups of water to the broth to tone it down and boiled the meatballs a little longer to pick up their flavour instead. It turned out great! Will definitely make again!

Simple Red Sauce with Pasta
Everyone LOVED it! We like our food VERY spicy so I used 2 Jalapenos with the seeds as my peppers and it was excellent!
