Galette des Rois
What an excellent recipe! I visisted France last year during the holidays and tried a galette des rois there, so I was very pleased to find this recipe. It came out great and tasted as delicious as the one I had in France. Merci beaucoup for this great recipe!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
SO GOOD. No more needs to be said, everyone else's comments have pretty much summed up what everyone who tasted this thought... My boyfriend and I had just got back from NYC when we tried this recipe. We thought it was as good, if not better than what we bought in the delis. We did alter the crust by using one pack of graham crackers (10 graham crackers wrapped in plastic), nearly 1/2 cup of butter, 1/4 cup white sugar, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. The crust turned out well, a bit sugary which I thought was wonderful. Thanks for the great recipe, it is DEFINITELY a keeper.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
I thought this was a great recipe. My boyfriend hates fish, ALL fish, and he said this was the best fish he has ever eaten! The sauce was mild flavored and easy to prepare--I am taking this recipe with me when I go back to college because it is so easy to make in a small amount of time (and so good). I found that the sauce only thickened after I cooked it a few minutes and then turned it off to cool. Once it thickened, it was delicious....this is the only prepared fish I have had that has not left me with "fish breath" or "fish burps" afterwards. Good recipe, thank you for it!
