Baked Teriyaki Chicken
I followed the recipe to a T & with all the great reviews I really wish I could say I enjoyed this but unfortunately it just didn't do it for me. No one in the family liked it either.

Pistachio Cake III
I made this cake exactly as written with the exception of adding chopped pecans to the pan before adding the batter. This cake is very moist & delicious. It stayed nice & moist even after a few days. I have made it a few times now & everyone loves it. It will be added to my Saint Patrick's Day menu.
