Scrambled Potatoes
This was good. I used it as a filling for breakfast burritos and it was great!

Cabbage and Pasta
This was pretty good, but nothing special. I added chopped up chicken and cooked it with the vegetable mixture for a main dish rather than a side dish. I think I wouldn't make it without the chicken.

Zucchini Wrapped in Tortillas
Can I just say, "YUCK"! My husband and I neither one liked this recipe. I was doubtful about the cloves and cinnamon. I think it would be great without them.
