Banana Banana Bread
Hrm...I'm not sure why this one got such mixed reviews.
It seems like a simple enough recipe so you'd think that ingredients wouldn't vary enough to warrant batches turning out either fantastic or burnt to a crips on the outside and still runny in the middle and with no flavor.
Mine turned out so so...I think as many pointed out, theres just too many bananas in there (2.5 cups of banana is as many as 10 whole bananas) and not enough raising agent.
Strikes me as an old time recipe that's actualy a little more like bread than cake, as most modern ones are.
If I made this again, I'd use less banana and more raising agents.
